It is an all-in-one fleet management solution for vehicles, backed by Digi’s high-speed network connectivity across the nation.

Can iFleet cater to all vehicles?

iFleet trackers are supported on all vehicles manufactured from the year 2006 onwards. Our trackers are one of the least intrusive devices in the market. Hence, it will not void your vehicle’s warranty.

How secure is iFleet?

iFleet utilizes industry standard data encryption and stores all information in a secured server. Our data center is compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Standard; which reflects our commitment to ensure world-class best practices in managing customer data.

How wide is the service coverage?

iFleet trackers are powered by Digi with a wide cellular connection nationwide. iFleet also supports roaming in neighboring countries at an additional fee.

Do I pay extra for data?

There are no additional charges for data as it is included in the subscription plan.

Will the tracker drain my battery?

Our trackers consume minimal energy with vehicle usage; and has a back-up battery that can last for up to 4 hours.

Do I install the tracker myself?

Installation services are provided at a nominal fee anywhere in Malaysia.

Does my device come with warranty?

All trackers come with a lifetime warranty. If the device is identified to be faulty or becomes faulty, we will replace it for you at no cost. Terms & conditions apply.

3. General Queries
Can I track my fleet if I am not in the office?

Our iFleet mobile application is now available on the Apple App Store and Android Play Store.

How long will iFleet store my data?

Your data will be stored for 6 months; after which — it will be archived. You will still be able to download archived data by requesting for it from our customer service personnel.

Can I move the GPS Tracker to a new vehicle?

iFleet’s GPS trackers can be transferred from one vehicle to another at a nominal fee.

What happens if there's no data coverage in certain areas?

All trackers are equipped with internal memory with the capacity to store local data for up to 4 hours.

What are the payments options?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Direct Bank Transfer and Cheque. Invoices will be generated for advanced payments.
